Felix’s BBQ with Soul on Euclid Ave near freeway 94, big and colorful restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and Jazz. Jumbo shrimp coated in Felix’s special blend was very flavorful and crispy and the cocktail sauce had a little kick. Sampler plate with black eyed peas and smoky pulled pork was delicious. I plan to return and eat sweet potato pie, chicken and waffles and peach cobbler. The owner is from Alabama and serves shrimp and grits, catfish and cornbread. Soul food in San Diego has left its mark.
