Vintage dolls Midge and Tammy wanted a vacation away from Barbie and Ken so they packed 7 layer cookies (Magic Bars) in their luggage to take as snacks. The flight to Hawaii was canceled and now they will just have to wait like the rest of us! I used to make the recipe often with crushed graham crackers, butter, chocolate chips, coconut, nuts and Eaglebrand milk. Digging them out of the pan can be trying and delicious.
Holiday Barbie and See’s Candies Barbie enjoyed this brunch with my homemade sourdough waffles and bread. There’s lots of time to make sourdough and sip tea during quarantine!
