Harlem is home to good restaurants on 125th st and my foodie friend recommended Dinosauer’s BBQ (Dino’s for short) under the Riverside Dr bridge and overlooking Edgewater, New Jersey. And its across the street from the famous Cotton Club.
The Riverside Dr bridge caught my eye with its massive steel structure and I thought it was cool looking. Now, about the bbq, it is cooked in a special oven using deep pits and big
chunks of wood. The ribs were tasty and amazing with a dry rub and their secret bbq sauce. People come from around the world to eat this fantastic food and there’s a reason why, its good! And Sherry the hostess was full of just the right bbq attitude and charm!
