San Diego has become a food city with well known chefs who spread the love.  Not only do they run restaurants and have packed schedules, they reach out to the community to help others.  They remember their early days in the culinary world and strive to assist culinary students reach their goals.

Attending the annual Chef Celebration Foundation was a pleasure in many ways. The nonprofit helps fund scholarships and encourage young culinary students reach their goals. These San Diego chefs are at the top in the culinary world and donate time and skills for a worthy cause.

I snuck a picture with Celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey and all the food was superb!

Each chef put their creative talents into high gear with all the menu choices. Chef Celebration Foundation will be helping up and coming culinary students prepare food like this!

Another event I don’t miss is the Bake Me Some Love. 13 dedicated pastry chefs baked their best for the annual #bakemesomelove event. All proceeds benefited the Monarch School serving homeless kids.  Sweet treats never tasted so good.

Bake Me Some Love had irresistible muffins, cakes, pastries with mouth watering treats for every sweet tooth.

#Chefcelebration and #Bakemesomelove are two excellent examples of helping students become our future chefs.
