What a find high on the bluff overlooking St George, Utah. 3 years ago owners Tom and Dorothy totally remodeled hotel now named Inn on the Cliff and did the hard labor themselves. As they finished the restaurant, appropriately named Cliffside, they wisely brought in culinary graduate Vance and French trained chef Jared to make gourmet meals. Jared is also GM and told us the owners grow the herbs, raise the cattle and chickens on their property and that’s one reason why the food is so earthy good. With these serene views and upscale dining, the world is a beautiful place.
