Our hotel had an Asian motif restaurant offering dinner with a sophisticated decor and soft lighting.  Just peering inside drew us in.  Kozue restaurant inside the The Park Hyatt Tokyo, offered a sleek ambiance for fine dining.

Female servers wore full length kimonos and arranged multiple table settings in perfect order.  Just to watch our server use her graceful hands to set the table was like watching an artist paint on canvas.

Place settings were set according to the meal to be served.

Chris, being a lover of Sashimi ordered the assorted sashimi.  If there was an Instagram moment, this was it.  The squared and flared dish displayed fresh fish over a bed of crushed ice.  Next ordered was Sukiyaki, a simmering pot of Wagyu beef, matsutake, leek, onion and soft boiled egg.  Again presentation in Japan is of upmost importance.

The term dining experience is used frequently, but in this case, it truly was a dining experience not to be forgotten.
