My many indulgent uses for cocoa from Samoa! I was pleasantly surprised how rich and chocolatey Koko Loa Samoa premium cocoa was for coffee mocha and baked goods. I baked the cake and cookie recipes from the cocoa’s website, Wilex Samoa. Dark cocoa and moist baked goods. Thanks to my niece, Emma for giving me special dark cocoa from Samoa!
Popovers are always a pleasure to make because they’re easy and delicious. They just look difficult because of their gracefulness. Just don’t open the oven door to take a sneak peek or they will fall. I like Ina Garten’s thyme popover recipe and they are a show stopper at gatherings.
