While planning a road trip to Yellowstone, we decided to drive through parts of Montana and stop in Bozeman. And not too far out of the way lies Wheat Montana Farms in Three Forks, MT.
I needed to stop here because I’m fond of making bread with Wheat Montana flour and was excited to visit the store and bakery. The 15,000 acre wheat fields are on both sides of the store and three generations have kept the farm going in the Northern Great Plains.
True farm to table with no GMO’s or chemicals, perfect for my baking of breads and desserts. I filled up part of the car with products to bring home and, well, eat on the road. Remember, they are farm to table pastries!
