Husband and wife Christen and Vincent originally from Europe, studied caramel making from France’s leading candy maker, Mr. Palix. Their top seller, the salted caramel cream sauce is infused with sea salt from Brittany, France.
They make caramel syrups for other companies because it’s all natural and no caramel coloring added. Her mom designs the logos and they all keep an eye on the simmering pots of caramel.
I’ve been dipping into the chocolate sauce every night and it’s even better warmed up.
