Swedish Royal Bakery mixes up healthy desserts

Swedish Royal Bakery in Poway, just what gluten free friends were looking for when a sweet bite was calling.  Gluten free, egg free, sugar free, the owner is very accommodating with requests to make cakes and cookies for specific health concerns. He’s owned the bakery one year and has a devoted following for many of the bakery’s goodies and special occasion cakes. Our plate of cookies were devoured over conversation with old time friends. Good to know there are healthy options and I have my eye on the Princess cake for next time. #Swedishroyalbakery
